The Corporate and QA Management at CONTROP stresses QA related efforts throughout all stages of all programs and promotes and encourages an internal team effort to improve products, processes and practices used in the various divisions, as well as close communication and cooperation with customers in order to enhance the overall quality level of operations and to meet or exceed the customers' specifications and expectations.
CONTROP Quality Management System (QMS) is ISO 9001-2008 certified and is also certified by the Israel Air Force and the Israel Navy for self-inspection. CONTROP employees and processes are certified to work under relevant standards requirements (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-7711/IPC7721). CONTROP QMS is based on a process approach and is measured throughout the entire product lifecycle. Relevant KPIs are set and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are taken if necessary.
